Eating properly and getting into the habit of getting exercise really helps. Also making sure to get hydrated by drinking plenty of water or tea really helps out.

Actually drinking tea will de-hydrate you more because of the caffeine in it which is a diuretic. Herbal tea is OK though. Eating a healthy and, above all, balanced diet is always recommended.

Sugar is a moderate issue for me. I'm noticeably sorer after having alot of sugar in a day .

The funny one for me is lemonade, I don't know whats in it, but half an hour after drinking a can of lemonade my back/neck are killing me.

I've obviously stopped doing both, but there you go…

I suffer from bad foot and knee arthritis and I have to say that I have found it best for me to avoid citrus fruit (oranges, grapefruit, limes etc) as I am convinced that they worsen my condition. I wonder if anyone else has found this with citrus too? Thanks for a great posting. Brent
